Building Process

	Native 3D fully surface solid in cad data format are converted to a STL data format. STL data is imported and processed by MAGICS® software. Product is oriented for optimum surface quality and dimensional stability.
	Cad data is procesed by LIGHTYEAR® software which slices product in to layers. Layered file is converted to BFF format, ready for download to SLA machine.
	SLA Machine builds the layers one at a time using laser beam which solidifies each layer until the model is complete.
	Model is washed in cleaning solution, rinsed in water and alcohol and then cured in Ultraviolet oven.
	Final product in WaterShed material with a bead blast finish.
