• Technical Staff Savings: customer only requires a general tool follow-up person versus an injection tool specialist, check fixture specialist, and an assembly equipment specialist

• Cost Creep Reduced: We worry about the cause and effect of tooling and are responsible for the issues coordination. Typically companies do not have anyone who performs this function and all coordination issues become added costs.

• Timing (Cost) Savings: The typical coordination problems as stated above also add unplanned time delays, which are now reduced.

• Manufacturing Processing / Staff Savings: The coordination problems typically do not become apparent until tooling is being processed at the manufacturing facility.
